We are actively hiring for the following positions:

1. Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the oil & gas sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships (especially with ADNOC).
  • Lead proposal development and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in business development within oil & gas.
  • Strong network in the UAE energy sector.
  • ADNOC project experience is a major advantage.

2. Project Control Manager (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards.
  • Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in project controls within oil & gas.
  • Expertise in mechanical engineering projects.
  • ADNOC experience preferred.

3. Project Control Engineer (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in scheduling and budgeting.
  • Monitor project progress and report deviations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in project engineering (mechanical).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project.
  • ADNOC experience is a plus.

4. Proposals / Estimation Engineer (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals.
  • Analyze project specifications and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for accurate bid submissions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in estimation/proposals within oil & gas.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
  • ADNOC project experience preferred.

5. IMS Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and ADNOC standards.
  • Recommend improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in IMS auditing (oil & gas).
  • Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
  • ADNOC experience is beneficial.

6. Quality Control Inspector – Structural / Piping

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect structural and piping installations.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering drawings and ADNOC standards.
  • Report defects and monitor corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in QC inspection (structural/piping).
  • CSWIP/BGAS or equivalent certification.
  • ADNOC project experience preferred.

7. Quality Control Inspector – Equipment (Static & Rotating)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect static & rotating equipment (vessels, pumps, compressors).
  • Verify material certifications and weld quality.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME/API standards.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in QC inspection (equipment).
  • Certification in NDT (UT, MPI, LPT) is a plus.
  • ADNOC experience preferred.

  • Managerial roles: Minimum 15 years in oil & gas.
  • Engineer/Inspector roles: Minimum 7 years in oil & gas.
  • ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
