Job Description: HSEQ Manager – Oil & Gas (Doha, Qatar)

Position Overview

The HSEQ Manager ensures compliance with international safety standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001) while overseeing risk management, audits, and incident investigations in oil & gas and maritime operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Implement & manage Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
✔ Conduct HSEQ audits & ensure regulatory compliance
✔ Support tender submissions with safety documentation
✔ Oversee Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems
✔ Lead incident investigations (root cause analysis, corrective actions)
✔ Train staff on HSE best practices (NEBOSH, IOSH standards)
✔ Liaise with Qatar Energy and government regulators

Qualifications & Experience Required

1. Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health
NEBOSH Diploma / IOSH Certification (mandatory)
Additional certifications (CSP, OSHA, ISO Lead Auditor) are a plus

2. Professional Experience

Minimum 10 years in oil & gas and maritime sectors
