🔧 Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Service Manager with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Services. This role will lead the maintenance and operations of MEP systems in malls, airports, and high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with proven experience in handling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), managing multiple sites, and recruiting skilled technical staff.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the MEP operations across multiple buildings and client locations.
- Oversee the execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Monitor and ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including facility owners and clients, to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and recruit technical teams including Engineers, Supervisors, AC Technicians, Electricians, and Plumbers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews.
- Analyze maintenance reports, track key KPIs, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Troubleshoot and provide immediate resolution for technical issues across MEP systems.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for equipment procurement and repairs.
- Ensure energy efficiency and optimize the operation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
📘 Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) – Mechanical or Electrical discipline preferred.
🛠️ Professional Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in MEP Maintenance across India and GCC.
- Must have handled complex projects such as malls, airports, and high-rise commercial buildings.
- 4–6 years GCC experience in MEP contracting companies is mandatory.
- Proven experience in recruiting and leading large technical teams.
- Prior exposure to managing AMC contracts across multiple clients/sites.
- Strong command over operations, budgeting, planning, and compliance in MEP services.
🚗 Other Requirements:
- Valid GCC Driving License is a must.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

This role is for a leading contracting firm handling prestigious infrastructure and commercial projects across Bahrain.
